A man of will power, integrity, responsibility, honesty, Dr Anil Kumar. He is one of the pure hearted and hardworking man.  His dedication towards work reveals his true identity. He is one of the best scholars, Mr. Kumar has done his scholarship in Physics from Bihar. From the very beginning he was a hard-working person. Dr Anil Kumar was always eager about enhancing the lives of people by helping themand providing an education to the students who are unable to get proper education because of their financial issues. In our society there are many students who are unable to continue their studies some are having their personal issues and some faces financial, Dr. Anil Kumar’s first motto was to help that types of students who want to study but because of their financial barrier they can’t, he helps them to complete their studies by providing scholarships. He is a sociable person, and like to communicate with the people and get to know new interesting individuals, he also likes to receive new challenging tasks. Mr. Kumar is an enthusiastic person. According to him meeting with new peoples can grow and develop the skills.  His skills were horned in the early student days of school and college and there by counted among the youth as a youth icon on the global platform.

Mr. Kumar started his carrier as a principal of Adarsh Ucch Vidyalaya. ADARSH HIGH SCHOOL CHHOTA MURI was established in 1969. It is located in Rural area. It is located in SILLI block of RANCHI district of Jharkhand. The school consists of Grades from 6 to 8. The school is Co-educational and it doesn’t have an attached pre-primary section. The school is N/A in nature and is not using school building as a shift-school. Hindi is the medium of instructions in this school.

THE BHOLA INSTITUTIONAL TRUST (BIT) is imparting education and works to create and sustain an environment conducive to the development of India, partnering industry, Government, and civil society, through advisory and consultative processes.

BIT is a national level voluntary organization. BIT is committed to render scientific and technological support for rural development, based on present and emerging global knowledge. The relevant knowledge bank is identified and the most potential one adopted. It is then converted into technology which villagers can adopt, own and manage. Through a scientifically planed training and post training support, the technology is transferred to become a part of rural life. Thus BIT endeavors to change the role of the marginalized community from that of a mere recipient of welfare measures to that of a responsible partner in the development process.

The aim is to go beyond livelihood security in order to introduce a system that ensures sustained growth and improvement in the quality of life of the rural poor in general and tribal community in particular in and around Jharkhand.

Linkage and networking with various state governments, community based organizations and industries facilitate the interventions. Thus the innovations of BIT find extensive application, covering different state and Communities.

The Bhola Institutional Trust is registered under the Indian Trust Act 1882 and Section 12 A of Income Tax Act (Govt.of India) and also ISO 9001:2008 certified under the leadership of Dr. Priyanka Kumari, Chairman of the Bhola Institutional Trust and is serving for education through its sister concern since last five decades. The Bhola Institutional Trust has been involved in several formal and informal educational activities for social upliftment. Apart from this, the Trust is presently running secondary level school affiliated through Jharkhand STATE Board for promotion of Hindi, Sanskrit and English medium education. It is also accredited by International Accreditation Organization, USA. The trust is involved in the field of education, to educate the people of Jharkhand, Bihar and bordering areas of West Bengal and Orissa since 1969 through its sister concern in remote and different parts of Jharkhand. Initially, it started working under the flagship of BHARAT SEVA SAMITI, which was registered under Society Registration Act. Here in Bhola Institutional Trust he is working as a Secretary.

He is working as a Chairman in SAAN Foundation and doing a social work like providing education to the students who are financially weak, Mr. Kumar’s main motto is to remove unemployment from our country through SAAN Foundation he is providing employment to the needy people. This year through SAAN they also distributed daily rations to the people during Pandemic.

Mr. Kumar is the member of the Darsh Education Rohtak in Haryana. In this they provide training to the prisoner on the jail, training of handicrafts and what so ever profit comes they credit that amount in prisoner’s account. In this jail they have also opened a bakery for the prisoner as well as jailors.

SARF Foundation is for special child. Mr. Kumar is the member of SARF Foundation. According to Census 2011, there were about 2.68 crore persons with disabilities in India, constituting 2.21% of the total population in the country. According to the Article 41 of Part IV “Directive Principles of State Policy”. “Right to work, to education and to public assistance in certain cases”. “The Person with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and full Participation) Act, 1995. Through SARF Foundation they provide tools and accessories to the disabled people like Walking Sticks, Crutches, Wheelchairs, Mobility Scooters, Stand Walkers and Walking Frames, Rollators, Bags and Basket and Carriers.

Founder Member of Birsa Munda Archery Academy Silli Jharkhand

Birsa Munda Archery Academy’s first batch was started in 2004. And in 2016 received the President Award. Mr. Kumar is the founder member of the Birsa Munda Archery Academy. The archery training school where recently Asian Games silver medalist Madhumita Kumari honed her skills, making the country and Jharkhand proud, has been named by Khelo India as a talent identification centre, Birsha Munda Archery Academy for central funds that goes a long way in helping students. Other Medalist of Birsa Munda Archery Academy Silli , Abhishek Kumar he won Gold medal, next is Chandan Pramanik he also won Gold medal.

Mr. Kumar is the Vice President of the Assembly of Human Rights and Justice. Mr. Kumar has also implement BOCW Act, this act is a social welfare legislation that aims to benefits of the workers. Apart from this he had also implemented the Water Conservation, to consume water for our present as well as future.

Dr. Anil Kumar is the member of the Districts Archery Association in Ranchi. It is now in Ranchi Club and Vivekananda School.

“Our real enemy is not the neighboring nation; its hunger, cold poverty, ignorance, routine, superstition, and prejudice.” Dr. Anil Kumar has been working as an associate with Red Cross Society in Haryana Rajesthan and helping the people who are in need.

He loves to read books based on National leader, freedom fighter, sufi saints etc. His one of the favorite book of freedom fighter is THE INDIAN STRUGGLE, which was written by the great Indian Nationalist and leader Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. He is highly motivated with our National freedom fighters and using the path they had used.
